How We Work?

• Regular working time in the office is 8-17 in which different employees organize their 7 hours a day themselves
• Field research in city and state with flexible working hours, where the involved employees balance the time according to the result.
• We do not work during weekends and holidays unless you are in a hurry to finish a project by given deadline.
• Each volunteer himself creates his time and announces it in advance.
• Each associate of temporary work has flexible working hours
All employees communicate to update with all the activities. Especially all included in paper work.
